Originally released in 1977, Mr Big Mouth is played by Tunde Williams and Africa 70 - a Fela Kuti alumni both musically and ideologically. The lyrics are a proverbial lit torch in the spirit of political activism that made Kuti equally famous globally and infamous on home turf. In this song, Williams belts out charges of corruption and greed against officials. 40 years later, it would appear the message is just as pertinent both on the continent and all across the world.
